While our destination wedding packages encompass all the essentials for capturing your dream celebration, there are some additional costs that our clients would be responsible for. To make your planning process seamless, we’ve outlined these costs below:

1. Airfare: Traveling to your dream destination requires airfare, and we work diligently to find the best travel options for you and your photography team, making sure you arrive at your enchanting location in comfort and style.
2. Baggage Fees: While we aim to travel light, photography equipment and essentials do require some luggage. Baggage fees are an essential consideration for a smooth travel experience.
3. Hotel Accommodations: To ensure we are readily available to capture every magical moment, we prefer staying in the same hotel as the events. Typically, we recommend a minimum of 3 nights’ stay, though the duration may vary based on the event’s schedule and location.
4. Rental Car: Exploring your destination for the perfect photo spots and ensuring timely arrivals at the events may require a rental car. We plan for a 3-day rental, tailored to suit the length of your extraordinary celebration.
5. Vendor Meals: As your destination wedding photographers, we pour our hearts into capturing every detail. Providing us with vendor meals for the day of the event ensures we stay energized and focused, enabling us to deliver exquisite photographs that reflect the essence of your celebration.
6. Per Diem: To maintain our energy and creativity throughout the journey, a per diem of $100 per photographer per day is appreciated. This covers meals on travel days and days not directly involved in covering events, allowing us to be at our best during your entire destination wedding experience.

Customizing your destination wedding experience, our team is prepared to fly out up to 3 people per team (photo and cinema) based on your chosen package, timeline, guest count, and program. To ensure a flawless and well-prepared celebration, we prefer departing for the destination a day in advance. This gives us ample time to scout your wedding venue and guarantee punctuality on your special day. For your convenience, departing flights are typically booked for the day after your last event, with a preference for later departure times, allowing you to savor the final moments of your magical celebration.

If you wish to use your travel miles/rewards to book your flights independently, we completely understand and support your preference. In such cases, we kindly request you to share the flight information with us in advance.

This allows us to review and approve the details, including flight times, transfers, layovers, and other essential aspects, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for your destination wedding. Your convenience and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we look forward to coordinating with you for a perfect travel arrangement.

The safety and security of our photographers, their equipment, and the invaluable photos and videos are of utmost importance to us. We kindly request that all accommodations provided during the event be in safe and secure locations. We understand that AirBnB’s can be a convenient option, and we are open to considering them. However, we emphasize that these accommodations must be situated in safe neighborhoods with high ratings.
